I set out to recreate some "cool" beverage marketing shots of a chilled bottle—complete with ice-cold water droplets and a touch of frosting.
I chose the Malvern Gold bottle as I grew up not too far from Malvern, and I liked the design of the label.
The label turned out to be the most time-consuming part of the project. Photos and Google image searches didn’t provide the quality or resolution I needed for close-up shots, so I ended up recreating the label in Photoshop. As a result, it’s not 100% accurate to the real thing.
I may return to this project at some point to create additional renders, improve my lighting skills, and fix a few details that still aren’t quite right.
